This model is highly demanded by those users wrapping limited pallets per day, and still interested to achieve a low cost of ownership. Synthesi is one of the most cost-effective options for smaller packaging volumes and start-up companies.
This device comes equipped with:
- Turntable diameter: 1650 mm.
- Standard wrapping height: 2100 mm (+ extra 100 mm to cover the top edge of the pallet).
- Maximum loading weight: 2000 kg.
With a mechanical clutch and a film-stretching sledge.
The device is equipped with corner installation and top film installation programs.
Available on special order:
- Masts with a height of 2700, 3000, 3300, and 3700 mm.
- Turntables with a diameter of 1800, 2200, and 2400 mm.
- Turntable with an increased load capacity (up to 3000 kg).
- Loading ramps for all 1500, 1650, 1800, 2200, and 2400 mm turntables.
- Turntable with a horseshoe (maximum load weight of 1500 kg).
- Floor-mounted frames.
- Photo eye for black film use.
- Low turntable (25mm), which can be used with a short loading ramp.
- Top plate (600 to 2400 mm height) for pallets.
- Adapter for sleeveless packaging film.
